I love teaching music! Music has always been in my life and has provided so much enjoyment and skill development. The Royal Conservatory of Music, Vanier CEGEP, and McGill University have given me a wonderful knowledge of Piano, Voice and Music Composition. One of my teachers told me that she could trace her teachers back to Bach! (I’ve never verified that, but it sounded plausible!)

Teaching Music to Young Children is my specialty. All ages are also welcomed to enroll.

Group Lessons

Classes of 2-4 are ideal for young beginners, but will also be beneficial for some older first time learners. Music Moves for Piano is an MLT – Audiation based method written by Marilyn Lowe. It is based on years of study and research done by Edwin Gordon. His method uses movement, rhythm and tonal patterns and discovering how they are used to structure music. Music Moves for Piano is a FUN and CREATIVE music course.

Private Lessons

Solo Piano and Voice lessons are available for all ages. I have taught many older students of all levels with great success.

Voice, Intro Guitar or Ukulele

My Daughter began music lessons with Suzanne when she was just 4 years old. She is now 13 . These 9 years have been an incredible experience for her. Suzanne is very patient with her students which drew us to her immediately. Her contagious smile and calm teaching skills allowed Olivia to learn and enjoy each lesson. Thank you Suzanne for teaching Olivia everything she knows.
